The day we went up to see the old house that was on sale on the Parma hills, we couldn’t certainly imagine the succession of events that deed would have triggered off, which brought us here to-day. To set up a new business, from nothing, is a fascinating process that allows you to think thoroughly about all those details that give life to a brand and a product. The sole fact we decided to set it in a place like Faviano, on the Parma hills, generates a series of actions and consequences that affects the various factors with results that are, I suppose, quite different from the ones we could have in a warehouse in any industrial area.
